My first ever hearing evaluation. It came as no surprise I have moderate hearing loss. Her name escapes me but the technician was excellent in explaining what she was doing, what I should be listening for etc. She was very understanding and intuitive of my responses to picking out hearing device. The ordering went smoothly. Now I wait for them to come in. I am so excited. I'll be back to post part 2 when I get the call!

My husband is wearing hearing aids for the first time. The experience there was excellent. The audio testing was thorough and he left hearing better than he has in years. Highly recommend.

Deann was such a pleasure to work with. She was kind, compassionate, and patient with my 96 year old mom and that was SO appreciated! She really knows what she is doing and helped my mom’s hearing tremendously.

Helen and I came in to review hearing aids with Deanne Reishuttle (sp?) Here in Georgetown. She is amazingly thorough and knowledgeable and so customer friendly. We drive four hours to come see her even though we have a new sound hearing facility 10 minutes from us in Longview Texas. She answered all our questions and concerns and had many different ways to Taylor new hearing aids to our needs. We will most certainly be getting our new equipment from her now and in the future.
