Deann is amazing with my dad. She is patient, personable and kind. When we have questions, she is very knowledgeable. We are so glad we found such a wonderful place. The office is always clean and organized.

My experience at NewSound Hearing Aid Centers was good for the most part. I feel being contacted 5-6 times (email, text, and phone call) before the appointment as a reminder/confirmation is a bit overkill. The center was clean and the staff was polite and answered all of my questions. Overall a good visit.

I was impressed with the thoroughness and explanation of my hearing test results. Details that made sense and were easy to understand. Did not feel I was getting sold to at all, good honest medical discussion, not a buy our product pitch at all. The hearing doctor Deann is very easy to talk to, asks good questions, and related well to my specific challenges and needs. Very satisfied with the care I received.

I knew that i had hearing loss i just didn’t know how bad it was or how much I was missing or how loud that i was when talking. She was very thorough in her testing professional in every way and explained every step during the test and after she explained what i was looking and what would be best to hear better. I am going to purchase the recommended hearing aids and i hope their service for the next 3 years will be as good as the test.
