        "text": "My first ever hearing evaluation. It came as no surprise I have moderate hearing loss. Her name escapes me but the technician was excellent in explaining what she was doing, what I should be listening for etc. She was very understanding and intuitive of my responses to picking out hearing device. The ordering went smoothly. Now I wait for them to come in. I am so excited. I'll be back to post part 2 when I get the call!\nWell, it has been 6 months since I received my hearing aids. I am not disappointed.  I use them daily. I am also pleased to report the Find My hearing aid feature really works. I had one fall out while gardening. I was back in the house before I noticed. It took my daughter about 30 minutes to find it. She was also impressed. The biggest learning curve for me was\/is learning how to put them in correctly. They are so comfortable I forget they are there and often forget to remove them until I am in bed. I would recommend NewSounds, their product, their initial and continuing care and the assurance they are there to help you if the need arises.",
