Deann Reinshuttle, HIS, ACA
Hearing Instrument Specialist, Audioprosthologist
Deann has been a licensed hearing instrument specialist since 2011. In 2013 she was certified as an audioprosthologist after completing a one-year training program with the National Hearing Society. She has worked with NewSound since 2015 and trains others to get licensed in the industry.
Deann is a native Texan and has lived in Georgetown since 2001. She takes pride in the Georgetown NewSound location and treats it as if it is her own business. Educating patients on their hearing health and helping them make the best decisions on improving their quality of life is a top priority for her. She has helped hundreds of patients reconnect to loved ones and the world around them. Many of those patients followed her to NewSound.
When Deann is not saving hearing lives, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, woodworking and home projects. She also loves to play with her high-energy dog, Porter.
Leslie Anne Gonzalez is an Audio Technician in our clinic. Leslie is originally from Laredo, TX and moved to Georgetown, TX in 2018. Leslie attended Texas State University and graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders. Leslie began working in the hearing industry immediately after graduation and has been expanding her knowledge in the industry ever since. Leslie started working with us at NewSound Hearing Aid Centers in September 2018.
What Leslie loves most about saving hearing lives is meeting with new or current patients and helping to solve their hearing problems in order to make a difference in their daily lives. Leslie strives to provide her utmost care in her everyday work with patients by constantly researching and learning as much as she can in the Audiology world. Outside of saving hearing lives, Leslie loves spending time with her family and friends, reading, being outdoors, and going to the gym to live a healthy lifestyle.
Patient Services Coordinator
I have been at NewSound since 2015, but I started working in the hearing industry in January 2006. I have seen so many patients in those years, they are like family to me.
I enjoy the contributions I have made here at NewSound, and seeing the changes in our patients’ lives gives a great deal of satisfaction to my job that I enjoy everyday.
